2014 Goals going well so far

Three months ago, I set some goals for the year. I began riding my spin bike every other day in January, and when things warmed up in February, I switched to running with the Couch to 5k program. In the last two months, I have run over 50 miles in a little over 10 hours (11'45" mile pace).

Combined with that, I've been trying out various workout programs, including the 7 minute workout, a boxing workout, pull-up bar, jumping rope, and crossfit. You can see some of my progress in the graphs at Eloy's website. While my weight hasn't moved much, my fat has gone down and strength has gone up.

I'd say I'm doing a great job at my goal of getting regular physical activity. I haven't measured whether or not I'm doing well with eating fewer portions, but I can say I have consumed fewer liquid calories, so there are probably some gains there. Overall, I have more energy and feel better, which is exactly what I was hoping to accomplish.
