Things at work are beginning to pick up. There is lots more walking around, and communication is different than I expected. When comparing it to a night of CARPOOL, things are much different. I am learning lots of new things everyday which is always good. And I enjoy working with different types of people. No one to dislike yet which is always great. I think Accenture really does have the best people.
I bought another suit. Charcoal with stripes. It's nice, but I need to get the pants done. So far all the things I have are off the rack, and while I think they may fit a bit better with alterations, I am not sure if I want to do all of that. I like the way they fit now, and for most of the day the jacket just sits on the back of a chair. Either way, I look nice. I think it is more difficult to judge how you dress in a city like NYC. There are too many people with tons of money, and conversely too many people that don't have very much. I am a fan of having nice things, but I am a bigger fan of saving money for things like plane trips to Texas.
