250-character Inter-Office Messaging

Twitter get's close to this and Yammer is even closer by limiting it to only internal. But my idea basically breaks down sending long inter-office emails.

If it is a lot of data, then it should probably be stored somewhere else than email, and it may potentially need to be shared with other people. Let's not pretend that if I send an email to only one person that they are the only one who can see it.
